12 Years of Writing

During my first year of writing, I managed to produce – A book for you to read.

 

On my second year of writing, I decided to reach out with two Twitter feeds,

and a book for you to read.

 

On my third year of writing, I decided to join three writers groups,

had two Twitter feeds,

and a book for you to read.

 

On my fourth year of writing, I wrote four blog posts daily,

joined three writers groups,

had two Twitter feeds,

and a book for you to read.

 

On my fifth year of writing, my fans gave to me – Five Star Reviews (I hope),

I wrote four blog posts a day,

joined three writers groups,

had two Twitter feeds,

and a book for you to read.

 

On my sixth year of writing, I joined six Facebook groups,

had Five Star Reviews (I hope),

wrote four blog posts a day,

joined three writers groups,

had two Twitter feeds,

and a book for you to read.

 

On my seventh year of writing, I took out seven Amazon ads,

joined six Facebook groups,

had Five Star Reviews (I hope),

wrote four blog posts a day,

joined three writers groups,

had two Twitter feeds,

and a book for you to read.

 

On my eighth year of writing, I cried eight times a day,

took out seven Amazon ads,

joined six Facebook groups,

had Five Star Reviews (I hope),

wrote four blog posts a day,

joined three writers groups,

had two Twitter feeds,

and a book for you to read.

 

On my ninth year of writing, I attended nine writers conferences,

cried eight times a day,

took out seven Amazon ads,

joined six Facebook groups,

had Five Star Reviews (I hope),

wrote four blog posts a day,

joined three writers groups,

had two Twitter feeds,

and a book for you to read.

 

On my tenth year of writing, I drank ten cups a day,

attended nine writers conferences,

cried eight times a day,

took out seven Amazon ads,

joined six Facebook groups,

had Five Star Reviews (I hope),

wrote four blog posts a day,

joined three writers groups,

had two Twitter feeds,

and a book for you to read.

 

On my eleventh year of writing, I finally finished book two,

drank ten cups a day,

attended nine writers conferences,

cried eight times a day,

took out seven Amazon ads,

joined six Facebook groups,

had Five Star Reviews (I hope),

wrote four blog posts a day,

joined three writers groups,

had two Twitter feeds,

and a book for you to read.

 

 

On my twelfth year of writing, I started all over again with – A book for you to read.

Damn, what was I thinking?
